Rol presencial en Santiago orientado a mantener la continuidad de redes y servicios de seguridad, resolviendo incidentes N2 en ambientes con tecnologías Cisco, Fortinet y HPE Aruba.

About the role

Te encargas de atender incidentes y solicitudes derivados desde N1, evaluando conectividad, desempeño, disponibilidad y registros de los dispositivos. También administras redes LAN, WAN y Wi-Fi, y realizas cambios previamente aprobados en switches, routers, firewalls y plataformas inalámbricas.

Trabajas en entornos con soluciones Cisco, Fortinet y HPE Aruba. Investigas problemas asociados a VLAN, enrutamiento, VPN, controles de acceso y conectividad, documentas las pruebas realizadas y aplicas correcciones dentro de las atribuciones del nivel N2.

Cuando un caso requiere mayor especialización, preparas los antecedentes y lo derivas a N3 o al fabricante. Mantienes al día los tickets, respaldos, instructivos y registros técnicos, y coordinas acciones con los equipos de TI, ciberseguridad y operaciones.

What we are looking for

  • Experiencia en soporte y administración de infraestructura de redes corporativas y seguridad
  • Dominio de tecnologías Cisco, Fortinet y HPE Aruba
  • Experiencia en diagnóstico técnico de nivel N2, atención de incidentes y gestión de solicitudes
  • Conocimientos de Routing & Switching, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi y protocolos de comunicación
  • Capacidad analítica, autonomía técnica y foco en la solución de problemas
  • Habilidades de comunicación, planificación y colaboración con otras áreas
  • Certificaciones CCNA, CCNP o Fortinet FCP, o conocimientos equivalentes, deseables
