En PS Grupo Hunting nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Auditor/a Continuo/a de Procesos y Sistemas para trabajar en Ciudad Empresarial. Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia práctica en auditoría continua y autonomía para extraer y analizar datos. About the role

Objetivo del cargo:
Evaluar procesos y controles internos mediante auditorías continuas y análisis de datos, identificando desviaciones, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora que contribuyan al cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros, operacionales y normativos de la organización.

Principales funciones:

  • Ejecutar auditorías continuas para evaluar los procesos y la efectividad de sus controles.
  • Extraer, procesar y analizar datos de manera autónoma para detectar anomalías, excepciones y desviaciones.
  • Identificar riesgos y debilidades de control, proponiendo acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Elaborar informes con hallazgos, evidencias y recomendaciones.
  • Realizar seguimiento a los planes de acción y verificar su implementación.
  • Documentar los análisis y mantener respaldos que aseguren la trazabilidad de las conclusiones.

What we are looking for

Requisitos.:

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería en Computación o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares.
  • Experiencia práctica en auditoría continua. Excluyente.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel. Excluyente.
  • Dominio de herramientas para la extracción, procesamiento y análisis de datos de forma autónoma.
  • Capacidad analítica, organización, objetividad y comunicación efectiva.
  • Confidencialidad y ética profesional en el manejo de información sensible.

Requisitos deseables:
Certificación ISO 27001.
Conocimientos de técnicas de auditoría, gestión de riesgos y marcos COSO y COBIT.
Conocimiento de normativa previsional, incluyendo el Decreto Ley N.º 3.500 y el Compendio de Normas aplicable al sector.
Experiencia en servicios financieros, instituciones previsionales u organizaciones reguladas.

What we offer

Condiciones laborales:

  • Renta líquida mensual: $2.000.000
  • Contrato: plazo fijo por 3 meses.
  • Jornada: completa, de lunes a viernes.
  • Modalidad: presencial durante las primeras 3 semanas e híbrida desde la cuarta semana.
  • Lugar de trabajo: Ciudad Empresarial, Santiago.
