About the role

En Grupops nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Asistente Comercial para integrarse a nuestro equipo, con foco en la gestión, desarrollo y seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales, principalmente asociadas a servicios y productos intangibles del área contable.
Buscamos una persona con clara orientación comercial, autonomía, proactividad y excelentes habilidades de relacionamiento con gerentes, dueños de empresas y tomadores de decisión. El cargo requiere capacidad para realizar seguimiento constante a oportunidades de negocio, apoyar la gestión comercial y contribuir activamente al avance de los procesos de venta.

Principales funciones

  • Gestionar y realizar seguimiento a oportunidades comerciales.
  • Contactar a potenciales clientes y mantener una relación activa con la cartera asignada.
  • Coordinar reuniones comerciales y apoyar las distintas etapas del proceso de venta.
  • Apoyar en el cierre de negocios, entregando información oportuna y seguimiento efectivo.
  • Entregar antecedentes al área correspondiente para el correcto ingreso, registro y actualización de leads en la base de datos.
  • Mantener seguimiento permanente de clientes y prospectos.
  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas y comerciales propias del área.

What we are looking for

Requisitos

  • Contar con al menos 2 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales.
  • Experiencia ideal en venta de productos o servicios intangibles, especialmente del área contable o servicios empresariales.
  • No se requiere una carrera específica; se valorará especialmente la experiencia en venta consultiva o de intangibles.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento con cargos ejecutivos y tomadores de decisión.
  • Perfil autónomo, resolutivo, proactivo y orientado al cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Capacidad de organización, planificación y seguimiento comercial.
