En PS Grupo Hunting nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a Desarrollador/a Senior, para liderar la creación y estructuración de un área TI desde cero.** Buscamos un perfil Senior, hands-on y con alta autonomía técnica, capaz de combinar liderazgo con ejecución directa en desarrollo de soluciones, redes, infraestructura y Data Center.

Principales funciones

  • Crear y estructurar el Departamento TI, definiendo estándares, procedimientos y documentación.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones tecnológicas y automatizaciones.
  • Diseñar y administrar infraestructura de Data Center y redes LAN/WAN.
  • Configurar y administrar tecnologías Cisco y Fortinet/FortiGate.
  • Elaborar diseños de arquitectura HLD y LLD.
  • Resolver incidentes complejos y realizar troubleshooting de Nivel 3.
  • Liderar técnicamente al equipo y asegurar la correcta documentación de las soluciones implementadas.

What we are looking for

Requisitos

  • Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Redes, Conectividad, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Software o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia senior en diseño e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Experiencia práctica en Cisco, switching, routing, VLAN y redes LAN/WAN.
  • Conocimientos en Fortinet/FortiGate, VPN, segmentación, HA y seguridad perimetral.
  • Experiencia en diseño, implementación o reconstrucción de Data Center.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar scripts, automatizaciones o integraciones.
  • Experiencia en elaboración de HLD/LLD y resolución de incidentes Nivel 3.
  • Deseable certificación CCNA, CCNP o CCIE.

Buscamos un/a profesional autónomo/a, resolutivo/a y con capacidad para liderar y ejecutar, especialmente motivado/a por construir soluciones y capacidades tecnológicas desde cero
