En PS Grupo Hunting nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Gerente SAP para liderar la estrategia, operación y evolución de las plataformas SAP de una importante compañía, con ubicación en Huechuraba, Santiago.

About the role

Buscamos un/a profesional senior, con sólida experiencia en SAP, liderazgo de equipos y capacidad para relacionarse con áreas de negocio, proveedores y niveles ejecutivos.
Principales responsabilidades

Liderar la estrategia, roadmap y gobierno de la práctica SAP.
Gestionar la operación, continuidad y evolución de las plataformas SAP.
Liderar equipos funcionales y técnicos asociados a SAP.
Participar y liderar proyectos de implementación, integración, actualización, migración y transformación SAP.
Presentar roadmaps, planes, riesgos y propuestas ante comités ejecutivos.
Traducir las necesidades del negocio en soluciones y requerimientos SAP.
Gestionar proveedores, contratos, SLA y servicios externalizados.
Supervisar incidentes, mejoras, proyectos, capacidad y rendimiento de la plataforma.
Gestionar presupuesto, licenciamiento y recursos asociados a SAP.
Coordinar auditorías y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares y controles.
Promover una relación efectiva entre TI, negocio y proveedores estratégicos.

What we are looking for

Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Computación o carrera afín.
Al menos 10 años de experiencia profesional y experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo.
Al menos 5 años de experiencia trabajando directamente con SAP.
Experiencia comprobable en SAP S/4HANA.
Experiencia real en implementaciones, integraciones, upgrades, migraciones o transformaciones SAP.
Experiencia liderando equipos SAP funcionales y técnicos.
Conocimientos de SAP Basis, integraciones y arquitectura SAP.
Experiencia en gestión de proveedores, SLA y proyectos tecnológicos.
Capacidad para presentar y defender planes, roadmaps y propuestas ante comités ejecutivos.
Inglés avanzado, tanto oral como escrito.
Disponibilidad para viajar y trabajar eventualmente en contextos de faena minera y altura.

What we offer

Ubicación: Huechuraba, Santiago.
Renta: Hasta $7.500.000 brutos mensuales, según experiencia.
