En PS Grupo Hunting nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Jefe/a de Proyectos, profesional con experiencia en gestión integral de proyectos, planificación, control y coordinación de equipos y proveedores. Buscamos una persona con capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, orientación al cliente y foco en el cumplimiento de objetivos, plazos, calidad y presupuesto.

About the role

Objetivo del cargo:
Liderar la gestión de proyectos e iniciativas de innovación, trabajando de manera coordinada con áreas internas y actores clave. El cargo deberá aplicar buenas prácticas de planificación, control y ejecución, contribuyendo al desarrollo de soluciones eficientes, sostenibles y alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.

Principales funciones:

  • Colaborar con áreas internas y clientes para identificar necesidades, definir proyectos y asegurar su alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.
  • Planificar, ejecutar y controlar proyectos, velando por el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, plazos y presupuesto.
  • Coordinar los recursos humanos y proveedores asignados a los proyectos, optimizando su participación y ejecución.
  • Supervisar la gestión de proyectos, asegurando su control, trazabilidad y cumplimiento de los estándares metodológicos establecidos.
  • Monitorear tendencias tecnológicas que permitan mantener actualizada el área y apoyar iniciativas de innovación.
  • Participar en preproyectos y licitaciones, apoyando su desarrollo.
  • Ejecutar otras funciones relacionadas con el cargo que contribuyan a la continuidad operativa y al cumplimiento de los objetivos del equipo.

What we are looking for

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil Informática o carrera afín.
  • Desde 5 años de experiencia.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos relacionados con gestión de proyectos.
  • Deseable especialización en Desarrollo y Arquitectura de Software.
  • Deseable certificación PMP.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Jira, Trello, MS Project u otras afines.

What we offer

Condiciones laborales:

  • Renta líquida aprox $2.000.000.
  • Tipo de contrato: contratación interna. Plazo fijo inicial por 3 meses, renovación por otros 3 meses y posteriormente posibilidad de contrato indefinido.
  • Jornada: 41 horas semanales.
  • Horario: lunes a jueves de 08:30 a 18:00 horas y viernes hasta las 16:30 horas.
  • Modalidad: presencial.
