About the role

En PS Grupo Hunting nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Ejecutivo/a Comercial Junior, con interés en desarrollarse profesionalmente en el área de ventas y fortalecer sus habilidades de prospección, comunicación y relacionamiento con clientes.

Objetivo del cargo
Generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales mediante la prospección y contacto con empresas, desarrollando progresivamente habilidades de venta, negociación y relacionamiento con potenciales clientes.

Principales funciones

  • Prospectar potenciales clientes y generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
  • Realizar llamadas en frío y establecer contacto con empresas.
  • Identificar necesidades iniciales de potenciales clientes.
  • Presentar de manera clara los servicios y sus principales beneficios.
  • Contactar y relacionarse profesionalmente con gerentes y otros tomadores de decisiones.
  • Realizar seguimiento a contactos y oportunidades comerciales.
  • Mantener una comunicación clara, profesional y orientada al negocio.
  • Organizar y mantener seguimiento de los contactos realizados.
  • Incorporar retroalimentación para fortalecer sus habilidades comerciales.

What we are looking for

What we offer

  • Renta base mensual: $700.000.
  • Incentivos: adicionales a la renta base.
