En PS Grupo Hunting nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Redes y Seguridad Nivel 3 (N3) – Multi-vendor, para una oportunidad abierta a profesionales residentes en Chile, Perú, Colombia y México. Buscamos un perfil senior con sólida experiencia en redes empresariales y seguridad, dominio de tecnologías Cisco, Fortinet y HPE Aruba, y capacidad para resolver incidentes de alta complejidad. Además del conocimiento técnico, es fundamental contar con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, gestión de stakeholders y coordinación con diferentes áreas.

About the role

Objetivo del cargo:
Asegurar la correcta operación, optimización y resolución de incidentes complejos asociados a infraestructura de redes y seguridad, aportando conocimiento técnico especializado de nivel N3 en ambientes multi-vendor.

Principales funciones:

  • Administrar, configurar y optimizar infraestructura de redes y seguridad.
  • Resolver incidentes y requerimientos técnicos de alta complejidad a nivel N3.
  • Gestionar tecnologías Cisco: Routing & Switching empresarial, Wi-Fi, Catalyst y Meraki.
  • Administrar soluciones Fortinet: FortiGate, SD-WAN, VPN, políticas perimetrales, FortiManager y FortiAnalyzer.
  • Trabajar con infraestructura HPE Aruba: switches Aruba CX, AP, Mobility Controllers, Central y ClearPass.
  • Realizar troubleshooting avanzado y análisis de causa raíz (RCA).
  • Elaborar y comunicar reportes de impacto y planes de acción.
  • Coordinar requerimientos y prioridades con áreas de TI, ciberseguridad, desarrollo y operaciones.
  • Gestionar expectativas y apoyar la resolución de diferencias entre distintas áreas.
  • Comunicar incidentes y situaciones técnicas complejas de manera clara a interlocutores técnicos y ejecutivos.

What we are looking for

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia avanzada en redes empresariales y seguridad en ambientes multi-vendor.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia equivalentes a nivel CCNP Enterprise/Security o NSE 7 / FCP Fortinet.
  • Dominio avanzado de tecnologías Cisco: Routing & Switching, Catalyst, Meraki y Wi-Fi.
  • Experiencia con FortiGate Firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, políticas perimetrales, FortiManager y FortiAnalyzer.
  • Experiencia con HPE Aruba, incluyendo switches Aruba CX e infraestructura Wi-Fi.
  • Capacidad para realizar troubleshooting de alta complejidad.
  • Experiencia en gestión y relacionamiento con stakeholders.
  • Habilidades de negociación y coordinación entre áreas.
  • Comunicación asertiva y capacidad para presentar información técnica a niveles ejecutivos.
  • Capacidad para gestionar prioridades, expectativas y situaciones de desacuerdo con criterio profesional.
