En PS Grupo Hunting buscamos un/a Cocinero/a con experiencia en cocina caliente para integrarse a un dinámico equipo de producción gastronómica en Santiago. Buscamos personas comprometidas, organizadas y con pasión por la gastronomía, que disfruten preparando menús caseros, platos tradicionales y preparaciones gourmet.

About the role

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

  • Elaborar preparaciones de cocina caliente y menús diarios.
  • Preparar platos caseros, tradicionales y de cocina internacional.
  • Realizar mise en place y organizar los ingredientes.
  • Garantizar la calidad, presentación e higiene de los alimentos.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con el chef y el equipo de cocina, cumpliendo los tiempos de producción.

What we are looking for

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia comprobable en cocina caliente (excluyente).
  • Experiencia en restaurantes, casinos o cocinas de producción.
  • Conocimientos de manipulación e inocuidad alimentaria.
  • Responsabilidad, proactividad y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Deseable experiencia en producción de alimentos de alto volumen.

  • Renta líquida: $650.000 mensuales.
  • Ubicación: Sector San Francisco, Santiago.
  • Modalidad: 100% presencial.
  • Jornada: Completa, bajo sistema de turnos.
