Lidera productos de datos, agentes de IA y reportería analítica para una empresa SaaS del sector inmobiliario. Tendrás responsabilidad sobre todo el desarrollo, desde el diseño hasta la puesta en producción.

About the role

Te integras al equipo de datos para diseñar y poner en marcha agentes de inteligencia artificial, productos analíticos, pipelines y tableros de reportería. Conectas información de distintas fuentes y resguardas su calidad, coherencia y disponibilidad para el negocio.

Te haces cargo del producto de datos durante todo su ciclo, desde la definición hasta el despliegue. Implementas pruebas automatizadas y dejas documentados los procesos, estándares técnicos, catálogos y procedimientos necesarios para mantener la operación en producción.

También detectas oportunidades de mejora mediante analítica avanzada y modelos predictivos, orientas a equipos internos en el uso de la información y colaboras con las áreas involucradas para traducir sus necesidades en soluciones. Lideras revisiones técnicas y acompañas el desarrollo del equipo de datos.

What we are looking for

  • Licenciatura o formación superior en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Datos, Estadística o un área relacionada
  • Experiencia de 4 a 5 años en desarrollo de datos, reportería avanzada y uso de agentes de IA en producción
  • Uso habitual y demostrable de herramientas de inteligencia artificial en el trabajo diario
  • Experiencia liderando el desarrollo integral de productos de datos, desde su definición hasta su despliegue
  • Experiencia en operación técnica y entrega documentada de soluciones
  • Conocimientos en agentes de IA, modelos de lenguaje, RAG y frameworks de agentes
  • Experiencia automatizando pruebas unitarias, de integración, de calidad de datos y de soluciones de IA
  • Manejo de soluciones de reportería e inteligencia de negocios como Power BI, Tableau o Looker
  • Conocimientos de bases de datos analíticas como Snowflake, Redshift o BigQuery y relacionales como MySQL o PostgreSQL
  • Dominio avanzado de SQL y optimización de consultas
  • Experiencia con Python o R para procesamiento de datos
  • Conocimientos de arquitecturas en AWS, GCP o Azure
  • Conocimientos de gobierno de datos y normativas como GDPR o CCPA
  • Capacidad para explicar temas técnicos a personas de distintas áreas
  • Capacidad para priorizar y gestionar varios proyectos en paralelo
  • Autonomía, pensamiento analítico y capacidad para resolver problemas y proponer mejoras
  • Habilidades para colaborar y orientar técnicamente a otros integrantes del equipo
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación a nuevas tecnologías
