En PS Grupo Hunting nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a Residente de Redes y Seguridad N1+ (Multi-vendor) para integrarse a un proyecto de largo plazo en Santiago. Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en soporte y operación de infraestructura de redes, idealmente en ambientes multi-vendor, con capacidad para atender incidentes, realizar troubleshooting y ejecutar tareas operativas bajo procedimientos y niveles de servicio establecidos.

About the role

Objetivo del cargo:
Asegurar el monitoreo, soporte y continuidad operacional de la infraestructura de redes y seguridad perimetral, atendiendo incidentes y requerimientos de nivel N1+, ejecutando cambios estándar y realizando diagnósticos técnicos antes de escalar casos a niveles N2/N3.

Principales funciones:

  • Monitorear la infraestructura de red y seguridad perimetral.
  • Atender, analizar y resolver incidentes asociados a redes y conectividad.
  • Realizar troubleshooting antes de escalar incidentes a N2/N3.
  • Ejecutar cambios estándar de acuerdo con procedimientos establecidos.
  • Brindar soporte técnico en terreno cuando sea requerido.
  • Apoyar procesos de RMA, revisión de cableado y actividades operativas de infraestructura.
  • Registrar y mantener actualizada la documentación asociada a incidentes, cambios y actividades realizadas.
  • Trabajar bajo procedimientos y niveles de servicio (SLA), aplicando criterios adecuados de priorización y escalamiento.
  • Participar ocasionalmente en ventanas de mantenimiento.

What we are looking for

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Formación como Técnico/a, Tecnólogo/a o Ingeniero/a en Redes, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín.
  • Certificación CCNA vigente, excluyente.
  • Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia laboral en soporte y operación de redes, desempeñándose en funciones de NOC, soporte de infraestructura o mesa técnica de redes bajo SLA.
  • Experiencia en monitoreo de redes, atención y resolución de incidentes, troubleshooting de conectividad y escalamiento de casos a niveles N2/N3.
  • Conocimientos en tecnologías Cisco, incluyendo Routing & Switching, Catalyst y Meraki.
  • Conocimientos en Fortinet, particularmente FortiGate, VPN y SD-WAN.
  • Conocimientos en HPE Aruba, incluyendo CX, Wi-Fi y Aruba Central.
  • Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo e ITSM.
  • Inglés técnico a nivel de lectura.
  • Disponibilidad ocasional para participar en ventanas de mantenimiento.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prueba técnica obligatoria durante el proceso de selección.

Conocimientos y certificaciones deseables:

  • Fortinet FCP / NSE 4.
  • Aruba ACA.
  • ITIL 4.

What we offer

Condiciones laborales:

  • Ubicación: Santiago.
  • Modalidad: Híbrida 3x2, con 3 días presenciales y 2 días de teletrabajo.
  • Jornada: Lunes a viernes, en horario hábil.
  • Disponibilidad adicional: Participación ocasional en ventanas de mantenimiento.
  • Renta líquida: Hasta $1.200.000 aproximadamente.
