En PS Grupo Hunting nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a Senior de Redes e Infraestructura TI (Nivel 3), con experiencia en diseño, implementación y puesta en marcha de soluciones tecnológicas desde cero, para integrarse a un equipo con proyección a asumir la Jefatura del Departamento TI. Buscamos un perfil senior, altamente técnico y autónomo, con dominio avanzado de Cisco, Fortinet, redes LAN/WAN y Data Center, que combine capacidad de ejecución directa con liderazgo técnico, visión estratégica y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

About the role

Objetivo del cargo:
Diseñar, implementar y liderar soluciones de infraestructura TI, asegurando su correcta puesta en marcha, estabilidad y seguridad. El cargo requiere capacidad para gestionar proyectos tecnológicos desde su etapa inicial hasta su implementación, con potencial para asumir progresivamente responsabilidades de jefatura.

Principales funciones:

  • Diseñar, implementar y configurar infraestructura de redes LAN/WAN y soluciones TI desde cero.
  • Participar en proyectos de diseño, montaje, implementación y reconstrucción de Data Center.
  • Administrar y configurar tecnologías Cisco, incluyendo switching, routing y troubleshooting avanzado.
  • Implementar soluciones de seguridad Fortinet/FortiGate, VPN, segmentación y alta disponibilidad.
  • Resolver incidentes críticos de infraestructura y conectividad a nivel N3.
  • Elaborar documentación técnica, diagramas, diseños HLD/LLD y documentación As-Built.
  • Desarrollar scripts, automatizaciones e integraciones que optimicen la operación tecnológica.
  • Liderar técnicamente proyectos, coordinando equipos, proveedores y clientes.
  • Presentar soluciones y avances técnicos a gerencias y distintos interlocutores.

What we are looking for

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Redes, Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad, Electrónica, Software o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia senior en infraestructura TI, idealmente desde 5 años, priorizando la profundidad técnica.
  • Dominio avanzado de tecnologías Cisco, switching, routing y resolución de incidentes complejos.
  • Experiencia comprobable diseñando e implementando redes LAN/WAN e infraestructura desde cero.
  • Experiencia práctica en proyectos de implementación, montaje o reconstrucción de Data Center.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en Fortinet/FortiGate y seguridad perimetral.
  • Capacidad para elaborar diseños técnicos HLD/LLD y documentación de infraestructura.
  • Experiencia en scripting, automatización o desarrollo de soluciones técnicas.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo técnico, autonomía, orientación al cliente y comunicación efectiva.
  • Disponibilidad para desempeñarse presencialmente en oficina y terreno.

Conocimientos y experiencia deseables:
Certificaciones Cisco CCNA o CCNP.
Certificación CCIE altamente valorada.
Experiencia liderando proyectos de infraestructura tecnológica y coordinando equipos técnicos.
Experiencia en proyectos de implementación integral de soluciones TI.

What we offer

Condiciones laborales:
Renta líquida mensual: $2.000.000 a $2.400.000
Modalidad: Presencial, con actividades en oficina y terreno/obras.
Jornada: Completa, de lunes a viernes.
